Q.

my breast milk is too thin, is this normal? can I do anything to make it thick?

A. its normal only.You can always try to add health and tasty substitute like whole grain cookies, cakes and. Home made papad etc.patience is very important too.To increase weight you must add high energy foods like eggs paneer , soya , ghee in rice , khichdi etc.this will boost him ok.

A. no there is no medicinebto thick brestmilk ...but u don't worry brestmilk is the best food for ur baby don't think about thin or think make sure ur baby gain weight and after feeding hi is clam

A. Hello dear parent! Foremilk is usually thin. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand.
