my breast milk is not sufficient for my 3month 28old baby.what to do now?

Kirti ChandwalkerMom of 3 children4 years agoA. increase milk secretion some Lacto granules are available in the market you can have it after Consulting your doctor also you should drink twice or thrice times milk in a day and you should keep yourself well hydrated take as much liquid as possible and take rest and don't insert yourself don't take stress
