Q.

my breast milk is not sufficient for my 3 month old baby girl as it is very thin, I tried bottle feed her with formula but she refused..can u plzzz suggest me how to satisfy her hunger

A. breast milk is always sufficient till completion of six months. mother should eat healthy diet. have 3-4 healthy meals 2-3 servings of fruits and milk. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. keep on drinking water whole day and avoid stress breast milk of a healthy mother is best for weight gain

A. Introduce a bottle early, but not too early.Start slowly, use the right nipple, relax and enlist help.Do not force your baby to bottle feed.When dealing with bottle refusal, be patient.Prevent uncomfortable engorgement, leaking and clogged ducts.Maintain your milk supply while giving formula.
