Q.

my breast milk is not enough for my baby it seems. he is crying all the time . I have similac is it good or harmful for him.

A. you should not try to give formula milk to your baby try to establish exclusive breastfeeding and monitor whether baby is taking the feed properly or not you can also try lactogenic if in formula milk

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and it is always advisable to give baby breastfeeding exclusively for the first six months and if breast milk is less then yes you can give the formula milk and similac is a good formula milk. and also have shatavari powder with cow milk twice a day and have soaked meethi seeds early in the morning to produce more milk. take care
