My breast milk is insufficient, following which my doctor has suggested intaking Galact powder with milk, twice daily. How long does it take for this medication to work?

A. Hello good morning !! Lactating powders and medicine works within 1-2 days based on body type . For breast milk supply include garlic milk ,garlic cloves in curries ,papaya,chiku ,poppy seeds , saunf water ,these foods in diet increases milk production.
