Give adequate feeding
BM contains natural antibiotics and helps to increase baby’s immunity
Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables to your wife to increase milk supply
Take lactogen tablet to increase your milk supply
More sucking leads to more milk
Stay hydrated
Wash your hands often before touching your baby
