My breast milk has reduced from last 15-20 days. Is there any solution for this?

A. use lactonic granules... it will help in increasing ur milk

A. Sorry, unripe papaya is good for breastfeeding mother. Not ripe, error. but no harm in eating both ripe and unripe.

A. Ripe Papayas are really good for lactating mothers.

A. make a curry out of green leafy vegetables with a lot of garlic cooked in sesame seed oil ( til ) ... it helps

A. U Should actually try to have a lactation supplement good amount of protein is a liquid into your daily diet along with that it would definitely be very important if you can maintain Phiber and lentils into your diet and vegetables are also very healthy
