ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. You should take paracetamol and take good rest for faster recovery and if pain then apply warm compress on breast and manually express milk from the breast as it relieves the pain

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom This is due to breast engorgement. Express milk or give feed to get relief from pain. U can take paracetamol for fever and pain. Also talk to ur doctor about this for furthur treatment. Take care
