my breast is paining from morning onwards due to over contain of milk even after feed to baby

In such case you can use breast pump. With the help of breast pump you can express your breast milk in bottle. And expressed milk can be used for next six hours if it is kept in normal room temperature. It will help you to give relief in breast pain.
