My breast has become engorgement after two months of delivery !! That too only one breast and not completely!! Little area !! I am trying to massage to release that but it has become so tight unable to !

A. sometimes when you produce more milk then is required by the baby , extra milk gets accumulated, causing engorgement & blockage of duct and pain so Express out the extra milk and put fermentation and massage your breast in circular motion outward towards nipple
