Q.

my breast became hard and painful like pinning sensation. i am giving milk to baby. feeling feverish and tiresome. please do suggest

A. apply hot fomentation on the breast continue to feed the baby take Dolo 650 relief of pain Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate advice in this regard if there is need for investigations also

A. Yu Have not mentioned the current age of your child so I am not aware about how many months of child you’re breastfeeding that the very same time I would just like to say did you consult your lactation doctor your gynaecologist once regarding the same
