Sowmya MMom of 3 children4 years agoA. hello actually you shouldn't give anything at least to the minimum of completion of 5 month and starts off with the sixth month or not supposed to give any kind of top feed to the baby so just breastfeed exclusively at a good intake and intake of food and breastfeed
