Q.
My boy was preterm baby who was born at 35 weeks 5 days with birth weight of 2.35 kg. By May19, he was 3.3 kg. I am doing breastfeeding. whether his weight gain is good? . Is there any growth chart to check growth of pre term babies?

ExpertKanika AroraNutritionist4 years agoA. hello dear the weight of the child increases by approximately 500 grams each month till 6 months of age...make sure to exclusively breastfeed the baby at a gap of two hours for 15-20 mins from both the breast
