my boy was 4.5 years old his weight 16.7kg ia this good or normal my que is when I measure his spo2 and heart beat on oximeter reading was 95-98 & 120-160 is this ok or not

please do these in guidance of the paediatrican would be better.
normally their activity levels are high it may occur as well
