Q.

my boy sometimes tries to hit his head by himself.. is this a manner or is he trying to show me some in head?

A. it will be considered to be normal as per the age and according to the details you have mentioned if not associated with any other problems repetitively,you should not worry it does not require any kind of treatment or medicine if you have any more doubt you can get exami9onation done once by the doctor available nearby and get further guidance regarding this.
