my boy is one year old ..he shakes his shoulder every one or two hour like he gets a light electric shock ..

If What is happening on a regular basis then you should get a check with your doctor because that could be definitely some kind of an issue and couple of issues are associated with this kind of a thing so to have a surety over it please get it checked with the child
