Q.

My boy is of 2 years 7 months old. He is getting skinny day by day and is very selective in his eating habit. Pls suggest some muscle gain tips.

A. Hello mom kids are quite active this age and do not pay much attention to food. Hence try to make a different combinations and present the foods in different ways and forms to them to make it more interesting. Apart from that give him food such as dry fruits and nuts milk, Paneer , ghee a different variety of dals ,chana?rajma ,Soya etc
