My boy is not putting the weight. Right now he is 10kg. please suggest us to improve weight gain of my boy in a healthy way.

You should get it checked with your doctor your child is approximately 4 kg under weight as of now let it doctor examine the child as on that basis only they can suggest you what’s the problem why your child is not gaining weight and can advise and assist you accordingly
