firstly make sure you wake the child early so that atleast he is ready and have around 30 to 40 mins for breakfast, also he need to brush and rinse his mouth well enough,
Intiially you may offer him fresh fruits as such , dry fruits, avoid milk on empty stomach though,
regular breakfast , may be in smaller amounts , but avoid sending on empty stomach.
be a stuff paranthas, idli, upma, poha, vermiclli, dosa, chilla etc would be good ,

Make your child have dinner early and sleep early so by morning your child will be able to eat on time else you can give medications for hunger I feel and suggest It's better to check with your doctor and follow their advise. That would be one of the best and safest option for your baby as of now. Take care.
