Q.

my boy is facing extreme cough and cold.. using medicine as prescribed by pediatrician but if anyone can suggest some quick home remedies for coughing and blocked nose. #AskTheExpert

A. Nasal drops for blocked nose if you are not using. Hydrate the baby well. Give warm liquids

A. Okay try giving ginger juice and honey to the child and don’t give water on top of that make your child have warm water with a pinch of turmeric that will also help and if there is a phlegm in chest and throat of your child then do apply some warm mustard oil and do hot compress that will also help
