my boy is 9 months old,how often should I feed?giving solid foods thrice-breakfast,lunch,evening snacks, I am feeding in between,how long can he be without solid food/BM ?2 hours or should I feed every 1 hour,plz advize

A. hello ypu can give tyour child 3 meals on a day and between the meals you can give fruits one time and other options like milk or other small snacks based in the gap which should be better and good for the growth of your child also and no worries
