Q.
can i feed my 7 month old solid foods 4 times a day? She is taking solid foods as breakfast , breakfast snack,lunch and evening meal. I am giving her formula feeds in between the meals.currently she is not having any trouble.But i m afraid whether she gets any problem due to this pattern of feeding

No Problem it is very good and very healthy to go ahead with giving for me to do it that way no issues at all also if you giving proper made to the child along with the four means that you are giving to the child and that’s good there is nothing wrong with it
