ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. dear mum, if your baby is gaining adequate weight at least 500 grams per month and is active, alert, passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours, achieving all growth milestones then do not worry. for healthy weight gain, you should continue to exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete.
