my boy is 4 yrs of old... from morning 5 he has fever I gave paracetamol... what else I have do pls suggest. if any dr here help me.... yesterday here rain arrived that's why because of climate change.... or any.

A. most of the famous babies will be having normal fever like viral infections you can definitely give the baby paracetamol two to three times day depending on the need .
