Q.
My boy is 3yr and 7 month old. He is just 11.6 kg. he is very active when comes to studies and play. but when it comes to food he won't eat anything . I feed him all the time. he is not gaining weight and when I try giving him new food he vomits. if continously he eats 2 days properly, 3rd day he vomits

Get Do haemoglobin level test for your child I think they could be a possibility that a child is having some deficiency and which is my Siri is reading to this kind of problem once you get it checked and if needed you can start with a necessary supplement required
