my boy is 3 years old still breastfeeding. he doesn't make eye contact properly. if he wants something he crys but doesn't communicate. sometimes he laughs. otherwise he plays normally with his elder sister, repeats whatever she says. he also helps me. is it normal or should I consult a pediatrician.
