Q.

my boy is 2 yrs old and his weight is not gain. his weight is 9.5 what to do for weight gain?

A. Hello dear parent c, well your baby's weight is on the lower side. You should give supplements to your child like iron calcium and vitamin etc but with the doctors permission only. Also give rich diet like ghee butter cheese etc but in limit. Also give full cream milk either plain or in the form of banana shake , strawberry shake. , etc they are all healthy and helps in weight gain too. Good luck and take care of

A. Its Just when a half KG less as of now it requires that you increase the amount of protein and fat also get a check for nutritional deficiency because even due to nutritional deficiency even after eating well kids do not gain appropriate weight so get that checked as well
