Q.

my boy is 2 months 18 days... I have fever, shivering and throat pain since yesterday evening... please suggest the medicine.... can I feed baby..? is their any chance of baby getting fever?

A. you can take tablet paracetamol 650 mg for pain as well as for fever paracetamol can be taken maximum four tfimes per day and it has to be taken after some amount of food the pain or fever doesn't resolve then it is advisable that you should visit the fdoctor
