Q.
My boy is 1year and 8 months old but he doesn't speak proper words like Mumma, papa etc..he speaks his own language..at home i speak with him in Hindi and his dad and grandparents in Bangla is this could be the reason in developing speech.. please guide?

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 20 months old and he doesn’t speak even monologues words like papa and mamma but only babbling so see if he has a tongue tie beneath it
