My boy is 10 months old and he is having breastmilk as well and we are going on a trip…want to ask if i can drink alcohol? how much is safe and what gap i must take in between just guide me all please

Alcohol consumption is not advisable during the time of feeding because once you take one portion also like one glass or one pint or anything you have to wait for at least 12 hours before you feed because it stays in your blood for that long so decide however it is convenient to you
