My boy is 1 year 21 days old . He used to respond to his name 80 percent of the times before . But now lately he has completely stopped responding to his name . I am really worried because of this . I have been noticing it and since yest he has not responded at all .
I am worried about autism .
Other wise he has no teeth , is active , playful , smiles , crawls , stands and walks with support .
Should I really be worried about his not responding to his name suddenly ?!

no there's nothing to worry about..kids show various behaviour during their development phase..
first milk teeth can erupt anytime from 6 months upto the age of 15-18 months..so wait for some more time

Yes You should be worried about if your child is not responding to its Mail because if a child is aware about it’s name then they respond and if you just coding your child by one name only and your child is not responding then you should be worried but if you qualify different name then maybe your child is confuse with the different names so it’s better if you have any kind of doubt that you see is your child making proper eye contact or following small small commands if not then there is no harm in getting it checked with a child psychologist I have ignored it for sometime because I didn’t know when a child is not responding to name it would be something so I paid a very heavy price for that so I would not advise you to wait anymore consult a doctor there is no harm in it
