My boy is 1 year 10 month old, he mostly like to take boiled egg, how many eggs are recommended per day? Is there any problem to give him 2 eggs per day

If your child is able to digest to expedite without any heat in the body without any irritation can you can certainly go ahead with that then it should not be a problem but it is not sufficient you have got to give proper vegetarian diet as well along with thisWrite Your Answer Here
