Q.
my boy has fever 102 degree and swelling below the ear with severe pain.. he was suffering from nasal congestion since last 2-3 weeks.. what to do??

Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given. thi along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given. steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.
