my boy child is 11 months old but he is not eating food and if I forsdly feed after he was vomating so what can I do

A. Just as you do, your baby loses his appetite when he's feeling a bit unwell or off-colour. So if your baby has a cold or a sore throat, or if he's teething, he may go off his food. He may simply be too tired to eat. If your baby is well and breastfeeding or drinking formula milk, it could be that he just isn't hungry.
