Q.

my boy baby os 6 months old and having fever going up nd down ... gave sponge bath when temp is 100 no other symptoms? scared so much gave paracetamol 100 0.5 ml for two days how much can we give is it serious

A. Don’t be scared as it could be viral which usually takes four to five days to recover and repeat the dose if medicine after four yo six hours interval and keep feeding well
