my boy baby is 6 month old. breastfeeding only. todau he puts lots of pressure while going motion and he is crying a lot. is this any serious prblm.... please suggest thank u.

A. baby 6 months old and the baby is having some difficulty in passing motion and constipation like problem give bonnisan drops in ear perfume drops for good digestion to the baby
