my boy baby is 10 months old. while teething is fever cough are common or what. upper teeth is coming and also. lower he's crying please suggest me thank you

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 10 months old and he is teething and he has mild fever so don’t worry it’s very normal for any baby just give him calcium and vitamin d3 supplements
