my boy 14 mnths old now he's weight 7.5 active and all good birth weight 3 kg any issue

A. The child should have been 9 kg minimum by the age of 12 months right now your child is not even maintaining a weight of one year old according to the birth weight so you definitely need to increase the weight of your child with a healthy diet you can consult nutritionist for that
