Q.
my bm is not at all thick, its like water.. I take perinorm cd capsule and lactaways powder. is this the reason my bm is toomuch thin. and my baby is rejecting my bm and her weight is not increasing properly.. please help. how to thicken n sweeten my bm.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. have protein rich food.. try to feed longer from one side..to get hind milk which is thick and rich in fat.
Try to feed in dark room..play some soft white noice.
If you can bf as much as possible and express after feed and try to feed with spoon.
You can also dream feed your baby
