my blood igm level 46 ... doctor gave ecosprin 150mg daily after food for one month is it safe .... two times miscarriag. doctor said because of Igm high level so only miscarriage happend. I having fear for next baby any suggestions pls

Ecospirin has been helpful in many such cases,so you can use it and take prenatal vitamins and proper diet as of now
