POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy1 Year agoA. Put one or two garlic cloves in mustard oil and heat the oil. Once the oil is lukewarm, rub it on baby's chest & feet. Warmth & smell of mustard oil helps to get quick relief from nasal congestion and cough & cold.
