my blood count is 9.4 and iam 13 weeks pregnant can i eat mutton liver to increase blood count

A. Dear mam, you can eat mutton liver during pregnancy. There is no problem in it. You can have all types of non veg foods. Ensure less oily and less spicy preparations for your own good health.

I Gynaecologist going to increase your blood count then you can eat it But before you take the decision it would be important for you to talk it out with your gynaecologist or a nutrition expert as per your pregnancy only advise you whether you can go ahead with it or not so it’s good if you that you discuss the issue with them
