You can now include fiber and protein rich foods and keep yourself well hydrated with variety of fluids. Do skin toning exercises regularly like squats, swimming, brisk walking, jogging, breathing, cycling and Yogasnas. Limit intake of sugar, rice, potato, fried and packaged foods. Drink warm jeera water first thing in the morning.
