AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom Three months baby can take around 120-150 ml of milk per feed. If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise, passing out urine 6-8 times a day, gaining weight then that means your baby is taking sufficient feed. take care
