Q.

my bby is 5.5 months old. i am worried about how, what and how much Quantity of solid food to be given to him when he turns 6 month. should i wait for other 10 days after 6 months ? also, how would i come to know if he is allergic to any otem i feed him

A. start with liquids only like dal ka Pani or rice water or fruit purees for next month whole.. after that switch to khichdi dalia oats etc in form of purees. be very slow

A. See You only introduce semisolid food to the child after the six months have completed you should only start with it once your child enters the age of seventh month that is the right time for you and you can start food in small quantity like if you’re giving rice water to the child give 2 to 3 to teaspoon and then you can repeat it in the evening so this way gradually you can change the taste of and introduce different thing
