my bay have a white hair, there is something to worry aur not

A. Give Vitamin A rich foods like yellow fruits and green vegetables. Give foods rich in Vitamin B like green leafy vegetables, yoghurt, tomatoes, cauliflower and bananas. Give zinc rich foods like chicken and red meat. Give iron rich foods like eggs, dried apricots, wheat, parsley and sunflower seeds. Give copper rich foods like whole grain foods and seafood. Boil Amla and coconut oil together and massage your kid's scalp with it.
