my bany is 7 months suddenly yesterday his forehead was hot i just checked temperature it was 98 i gave paracetamol drops baby was active and fine suddenly in the evening (5:30) temperature raised to 100. in evening or night entire morning no fever suddenly again at 5:30 pm temperature raised to 101. after 12 hrs fever raised. used paracetamol drop within 15 min boby got cool down this anything to worry ??
