my 7 month old had coldand body temperature is hot... when I check in thermometer it showing normal 98 what should I do

Give a medicine for cold but since you are mentioning 98° it’s not fever but just so that it does not increase you can do cold so the temperature breaks right here only and so that is what you can do as of now because medicine would not be suggested currently looking at the temperature that you are mentioning
