my bae boy is 23 days old and his wght is 2.25kg....when my bae urine or poop immediately shld i feed him fr wght gain???

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is less than 1 month of age probably baby is having less weight there is no problem if you are feeding the baby adequately naturally baby will be passing 10 to 15 10 stool pade and frequently urine also
