My babys hb level is 10, is it safe to give dexorange syrup 1 teaspooon morning and night

A. Look after your doctor suggesting you then you should give it to the child otherwise don’t because any of the medicine and supplements shouldn’t be given to the child and the haemoglobin levels are very good for your child
